In a nutshell...
We are providing the local community with a fitness club that caters to everyone, in an environment that is helpful, fun and non-intimidating. With the latest in fitness equipment, as well as professional and experienced staff and trainers, we endeavour to help you achieve your fitness goals and maintain them, with our functional approach to your health.

What do we have to offer?
We are offering the latest in fitness equipment from Life Fitness, Hammer Strength and EFI Sports Medicine. As well as our weights and cardio facilities, we provide a large range of classes, including Gravity (GTS), Pilates, Yoga, Swiss-ball, Boxing and Circuit Classes, all designed to produce results rather than just getting numbers through the door.

What sets us apart from the rest?
We are putting the “Club” feel, back into our fitness centre. As well as achieving your goals, we want you to enjoy the time you spend with us both in and out of the club. Regular member’s social events will be organised, so we can get to know a little bit more about you, the members. We don’t want you to feel like you are just another number, so come along and get to know us too. Fresh Start is also the only club in Australia to feature the GRAVITY Group classes as part of your usual membership!

What about kids?
Being part of the Pittwater Sports Centre (PSC), we are located in a facility that caters for the whole family. With Northern Beaches Gymnastics and the Sandbucket Play Centre just next door, you can drop the kids off for a class and have them supervised while you get time for yourself. After your workout, you can also refill your energy supplies with plenty of healthy food or just relax and have a coffee in Thyme Café. If you are looking for a program to get your kids fit, we have just the thing. GRAVITY Youth will launch in our club very soon, contact reception for more details.
